At Teehabit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the product description.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item has not been intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Minor variations in color due to monitor settings.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.

  • Additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
